Course Description
This course prepares you to recognize and care for a variety of first aid, breathing, and cardiac emergencies in adults, and meets OSHA and workplace requirements.
It is a blended learning course with an online portion and an in-person, instructor-led skills session. You must complete the online portion before attending the in-person session. On successful completion you receive a digital Adult First Aid/CPR/AED certificate from the Red Cross, valid for two years.
This course covers:
- First aid
- CPR
- AED use
What to bring:
- Proof of your online completion; without it you cannot stay and will receive no credit
- Comfortable clothing and shoes
