Policy Statement
In compliance with federal and California state law — including Title VI and VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Unruh Civil Rights Act, and the Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA) — California Electrical Training strictly prohibits discrimination, harassment, or retaliation on the basis of:

Prohibition of Harassment and Retaliation
We enforce a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of harassment, intimidation, or retaliation. This includes any verbal, physical, or visual conduct that creates a hostile or offensive environment. Retaliation against anyone who reports or participates in a discrimination or harassment investigation is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action.
Reporting Procedures
